Ces cours auront lieu tous les lundis \u00e0 la salle polyvalente de Coim\u00e8res, et ils sont con\u00e7us pour vous aider \u00e0 retrouver \u00e9quilibre, \u00e9nergie et joie de vivre. Voici un aper\u00e7u des cours que nous proposons :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mindful Yoga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Horaire : 18h30 &#8211; 19h30<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plongez dans une pratique de la pleine conscience avec nos ateliers de yoga et de m\u00e9ditation guid\u00e9e. Ce cours est parfait pour ceux qui cherchent \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre, \u00e0 se recentrer et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur bien-\u00eatre mental et physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dansangha<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Horaire : 19h30 &#8211; 20h30<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rejoignez-nous pour une heure de danse ludique, sportive et th\u00e9rapeutique sur des musiques du monde. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion id\u00e9ale de vous d\u00e9fouler, de vous amuser et de faire de l&rsquo;exercice dans une ambiance conviviale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Streetjam<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Horaire : 20h30 &#8211; 21h30<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les amateurs de danse urbaine, notre cours de Streetjam propose un travail chor\u00e9graphique ludique sur des musiques hip-hop.
